Being a part of Englishstay was a positive experience. As an English speaker, I feeel I gained just as much as the students. I was able to help someone practice their English, as well as leasing about Czech customs and culture.
It was good for me to remember the vulnerability another needs to expertce in ordeer to step of their comfort zone. It was rewarding to support a non-English speaker to do that.
I would definately be interested in returning.
