I had a wonderful time. I really appreciated the flexible nature of a sessions. I think it made the students more confident and allowed them to take initiative within the sessions.
I also enjoyed the variety in the programming. There is different dynamic in each size of group, with different advantages and disadvantages and I think this was understood.
Sometimes I was warried that the English speakers didn’t give the natives enough time to speak. While this issue was covered in the orientation meeting, I think a reminder would be helpful halfway through the week.
